Foundation - cheesy hip-hop and insane nachos. Cheap and awesome.
The Naam - Open 24 hours....so.....Also, the miso gravy. mm.
The Reef - Best hot sauce (other than ours!)
Sophie's - Breakfast! And really weird wall apparel.
Wild rice - if you're looking for fancy....squid steak!

Kamloops:
Toast- try the green eggs and ham!!

Edmonton:
Cafe mosaics - Secret Burrito. Shhh! Cheap and wonderful (we would know!)
Padmanadi - Fake meat of all sorts! Including Sea Cucumber (I don't know what a real one tastes like....)
New York Bagel Cafe - OMG the breakfast comes with starfruit and kumquats! Best bennies on the PLANET.
B's Diner - it's in an abandonned strip mall, and they make you get your own coffee, and they sass you. But holy crap it's good. And did I mention cheap?
Blue Plate Diner - Best Veggie Burger, cute staff (!) and amazing coffee.
Rose Bowl - Pizza. Oh god, the pizza...

Calgary:
The Coup - A wee bit pricey but INCREDIBLY tasty.
Nellie's Cosmic Cafe - mm breakfast.
Toasted Asian Subs on 17th ave (there are a few places...slobber)

Lethbridge:
The Slice - Pizza joint/venue? Hells yes! Keith broke his veganism on this pizza.

Saskatoon
Amigos Cantina - Mexican joint/venue? Hells yes!!
Park Cafe - Neat diner in a sketchy sketchy hood.

Regina:
13th Avenue Coffee shop- 'nough said. Maybe our favorite place ever- plus, again, cute staff!

Winnipeg:
Mon Dragon - Crazy good veg food/anarchist bookstore? Hells yes!
The Fixxx - Great coffee, Great sandwhiches.

Sudbury:
The Laughing Buddha- Incredible food where you'd least expect it!

Toronto: Oh, too too many to list but...
Fresh - soooo fresh.
Sneeky Dee's - mmmmmmexican, late night goodness.
There are so many I can't even think of any....

Guelph:
Salsateria - Incredible Burritos!!

Waterloo:
Jane Bond - nice atmosphere, yummy niblets! The soup seems to always be incredible!

Kingston:
The Sleepless Goat - This place's veggie burger is 'off the grid' as Keith puts it.

Hamilton:
Che - Burritos. We really like burritos!
Affinity - Asian Veg food. So good!

Peterborough:
The Only Cafe - Ok, staff were a little bit sassy to us, but the food- well it's worth it. We go there every time.

Montreal: Ack where to begin....
KGB - yummmmmm.
Divan orange - great venue, GREAT food.
Rapido - 24 hours, disgusting, but sooo good, and we can't seem to help going here for poutine every time.
La Banquise - Way better poutine than Rapido...so many different kinds it's stupid!
Rue St Viateur - Bagels....so so so many bagels....agh mmmm.....
We're only scratching the surface here....

Halifax:
Heartwood Bakery/Cafe - Oh man. Indescribably delicious vegetarian food.
Satisfaction Feast - If you doubt our tastes, we spotted Ellen Page in here! For reals! She can't be wrong...she's famous!
The Wooden Monkey - a little pricey but wow. Flavour!
